Built by people who have packed, shipped and sold the fruit themselves
Konza Tropicals was founded in Nairobi by a team with more than a decade in commercial and export operations at one of Kenya's leading avocado and mango exporters. Today the company farms its own 200 hectare commercial Hass orchard in the Rift Valley of Kenya, works with more than 3,000 hectares of partner orchards in Kenya and East Africa, manages every shipment with its own team from agronomy to export documents, and runs a consultancy that has served exporters, processors, investors and development programmes across East Africa since 2023.

Fruit Quality Studio Africa
Independent avocado quality control, the Kenyan arm of Quality Studio Europe. Every consignment is inspected at the packhouse before loading, with a preloading QC report on dry matter, defects, sizing and pulp temperature shared with the buyer, and arrival inspections on request in Europe.

SAFTA, Fruit Trade Assistance
Our partner international sourcing platform. SAFTA connects our fresh avocados to retailers, importers and buyers in Europe in a vertically integrated way: fixed and transparent pricing, cold chain from packhouse to destination, reliable buyer connections and SAFTA Rescue support for shipments in European ports, so growers and importers both know where they stand.
