For three things we work with specialists: independent quality control on every export, sales execution for our fresh avocados, and the farm visits and safaris that bring buyers, investors and partners to East Africa. Each partner is named on this page so you know exactly who does what.
Independent quality control
Fruit Quality Studio Africa
Our partner independent QC company for all our exports. Fruit Quality Studio Africa inspects every consignment before loading and issues a preloading quality control report covering dry matter, defects, sizing and pulp temperature, which is shared with the buyer before the container sails. Arrival inspection can be arranged on request. Because the inspector is independent of our packing and sales teams, the report is evidence, not opinion.
What it means for you: you see the fruit before it ships, disputes are settled on data, and every programme starts with the same measured standard.
Sales execution, fresh avocados
SAFTA, Fruit Trade Assistance
Our partner Sales Execution Office for our fresh avocados. SAFTA sells Konza Tropicals fresh avocados on our behalf and executes each programme together with our own team, from offer to delivery, so growers and buyers deal with one accountable counterpart throughout the season.
What it means for you: a dedicated sales office handling your avocado programme, with Konza Tropicals responsible for the fruit and the paperwork behind it.

Agrotourism and safaris
Volcan Tours & Travel Limited
Our partner for all agrotourism and safaris in East Africa. Volcan Tours organises the orchard, packhouse and processing site visits for buyers, investors and development partners, and the safaris and travel around them, in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi. Due diligence trips, buyer missions and trade fair delegations are planned end to end: flights, ground transport, accommodation, farm days and parks.
What it means for you: one itinerary that covers the business and the country, arranged by a licensed East African tour operator.
