Fresh produce imports depend on CFIA plant health requirements for each product and origin. We confirm the current requirement for each fresh line before quoting, and supply avocado oil, frozen avocado, macadamia, dried fruit and purees to Canada all year.

Do you provide bilingual labelling?

Yes. Retail packs and processed products are labelled in English and French to Canadian requirements, with private label artwork support.

Which Canadian ports do you ship to?

Montreal and Halifax for Eastern Canada, with Toronto served by rail, and Vancouver for the West Coast.

What is the minimum order for Canada?

One pallet for air freighted samples and small lines, one 20 ft container for oil, nuts and dried fruit programmes.

How do we see the quality before the container sails?

Fruit Quality Studio Africa, the Kenyan arm of Quality Studio Europe, inspects every consignment at the packhouse and issues a preloading QC report on dry matter, defects, sizing and pulp temperature, which we share with you before the vessel departs.

Can you start with a trial order?

Yes. Most programmes begin with one container, or a pallet by air for herbs, chillies and samples, before moving to weekly or fortnightly programme volumes.
