Value added products from East African fruit and nuts
Avocado oil processing, refining and bottling, and finished ingredients for food, beverage, cosmetic and industrial buyers: dried and freeze dried fruit, IQF frozen avocado, macadamia nuts, purees and concentrates. Every grade of fruit finds a market and growers are paid for all of it.
Products
Five value added lines, available all year
Avocado oil
Crude cold pressed (FFA below 5%), extra virgin and refined, in drums, IBCs and bottles, private label available.
Dried and freeze dried fruits
Mango, pineapple and banana slices, powders and crisps, no added sugar, sulphite free.
Frozen avocado
IQF halves, chunks and pulp for food service, smoothie and guacamole makers.
Macadamia nuts
Kernels styles 0 to 4 and nut in shell from HACCP certified processors.
Purees and concentrates
Aseptic mango, passion fruit and pineapple puree and concentrate in drums and bag in box.
Value added products
Avocado oil processing, refining and bottling
The third of East African fruit that misses cosmetic export grade does not go to waste. It is cold pressed into crude avocado oil, refined and bottled as extra virgin and refined avocado oil for food brands, cosmetic ingredient buyers and industrial refiners. Growers are paid in full at the factory gate for every grade, and pressing residues go back to farms as compost.

Fruit Quality Studio Africa
Independent avocado quality control, the Kenyan arm of Quality Studio Europe. Every consignment is inspected at the packhouse before loading, with a preloading QC report on dry matter, defects, sizing and pulp temperature shared with the buyer, and arrival inspections on request in Europe.
