And because we live the trade ourselves, we are the consultancy East African exporters, processors and development programmes call when they want real buyers, not brochures.

Our avocados are grown on our own commercial plantations
The Hass and Green skin avocados in our containers start on 200 hectares of our own commercial plantations in the Rift Valley of Kenya. We manage the agronomy, test dry matter in the field, harvest with our own crews and pack under our own programme. Audited partner orchards across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi add more than 3,000 hectares and keep supply going 52 weeks a year.

Value chains
Eight value chains, one view of the whole trade
From fresh fruit to finished oil, we supply directly or coordinate sourcing from processors we know personally. Growers, packhouses, processors, certificates, ships and the buyers at the other end: we work with all of them, every season.
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Hass and Green skin avocados, Apple mango, MD2 pineapple, passion fruit and coconut; French beans, snow peas, sugar snaps and Asian vegetables. Sea and air freight, 52 weeks a year.
Fresh herbs, fresh and dried chillies
Basil, mint, rosemary, thyme, oregano, chives, coriander and tarragon; fresh bird's eye, habanero and cayenne chillies air freighted daily; sun dried and dehydrated chillies by sea all year.
Dried fruits
Sun dried and dehydrated mango, pineapple and banana slices, 100% natural, no added sugar, sulphite free, from certified and smallholder linked processors.
Frozen avocado
IQF Hass avocado halves, chunks and pulp, frozen within hours of harvest for food service, smoothie and guacamole manufacturers.
Freeze dried fruits
Freeze dried mango, pineapple and banana as powders and crisps for confectionery, beverage and health food industries; factory sealed, batch labelled samples on request.
Macadamia nuts
Kenyan macadamia kernels, styles 0 to 4, and nut in shell, from HACCP certified processors with full traceability.
Purees and concentrates
Aseptic mango, passion fruit and pineapple puree and concentrate in 200 kg drums and bag in box for juice, dairy and baby food makers.
Avocado oils
Crude cold pressed (FFA below 5%) and extra virgin avocado oil in drums and IBCs for refiners, cosmetic ingredient traders and food brands; eight East African plants in our network.

Our own 200 hectare Rift Valley orchard, 3,000 hectares of audited partner orchards and sourcing across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi give importers, food packers and retailers weekly volumes with the consistency and traceability they demand. Every container is inspected independently at packing and on arrival. Tell us your programme and we will build the supply plan around it.
AvocadoHass, Class 1, sizes 12 to 32, dry matter 24% and above, tested in the field before every harvest. Green skin avocados (Fuerte and Pinkerton), sizes 12 to 28. Grown at 1,000 to 2,200 m for slow maturation and high oil content.
Packing4 kg cartons (sizes 12 to 24, 288 per pallet, 5,760 per 40 ft container) and 10 kg cartons (sizes 26 to 32, 120 per pallet, 2,400 per container); 20 pallets per controlled atmosphere reefer. Your own branding and private label packaging available.
Cold chainPalletised fruit goes straight into cold store; reefers precooled against the vessel ETD, stuffed at a 5.0 °C setpoint with two temperature data loggers in every container, shipping line seals applied on closing and KRA tracking to port.
MangoKenyan Apple mango, hot water treated, 4 kg to 6 kg air cartons, sizes 6 to 9 count; available all year, peak November to March.

What is the Kenyan avocado season?
Kenyan Hass runs from February to December with peak volumes from March to August; Green skin Fuerte and Pinkerton from February to June. Tanzanian Hass fills November to March, and Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi add volumes in the shoulder months, so we supply Hass 52 weeks a year.
Which sizes and packaging do you offer for Hass avocado?
Class 1 Hass in sizes 12 to 32. Sizes 12 to 24 in 4 kg cartons (288 per pallet, 5,760 per 40 ft container) and sizes 26 to 32 in 10 kg cartons (120 per pallet, 2,400 per container). Private label packaging is available.
How long is transit from Mombasa to Europe?
Direct services take 20 to 28 days to Algeciras and 28 to 35 days to Rotterdam. Containers are stuffed at 5.0 °C with two data loggers and shipped in controlled atmosphere reefers.
What quality controls do you apply?
Dry matter testing before harvest, traceability tags on every crate, QC sampling at intake and independent inspection at packing, before loading and on arrival by our partner Quality Studio, with reports shared for every consignment.
What are your payment terms?
Fixed CIF or FOB prices with payment against order confirmation and shipping documents; programme terms are agreed after a proven season.
Do you supply avocado oil and processed products?
Yes. Crude cold pressed and extra virgin avocado oil, dried and freeze dried mango, pineapple and banana, frozen avocado, macadamia and aseptic purees and concentrates, supplied directly or coordinated from certified East African processors.

Independent avocado quality control, the Kenyan arm of Quality Studio Europe. Every consignment is inspected at the packhouse before loading, with a preloading QC report on dry matter, defects, sizing and pulp temperature shared with the buyer, and arrival inspections on request in Europe.
