From our own farm in Kenya's Rift Valley and the orchards we manage across East Africa, we grow, process, pack and export premium produce, and we consult for exporters across the region. Every lot is dry matter tested, packed to your specification and independently inspected before loading. We also supply dried mango, dried chilli, fresh mango and mango puree.

Do you grow your own avocados?
Yes. Our Hass and Green skin avocados are grown on our own farm in the Rift Valley of Kenya and on the leased commercial orchards across East Africa that we manage, harvest, pack and export. The combined origins give a long supply window, and availability is confirmed in each offer.
Which products can you supply and when?
Fresh avocados, crude and extra virgin avocado oil, dried mango, dried chilli, fresh mango and mango puree are available now. Freeze dried mango, pineapple, passion fruit, coconut, fresh herbs and chillies, dried and freeze dried fruit, frozen avocado, macadamia, purees and concentrates are sourced or produced on request, subject to agreed requirements and availability. Each product has peak and lean windows; the season calendar on the exports page shows them, and availability is confirmed in each offer.
How do you control quality before a container sails?
Dry matter is tested before harvest and pulp temperature before loading by our own team. Every shipment undergoes preloading quality control at origin by Fruit Quality Studio Africa, our appointed independent quality control partner, and the report is shared with the buyer before departure. Arrival inspection is coordinated between Konza Tropicals and the buyer.
What does the consultancy division do?
Export readiness assessments, licensing and certification (GLOBALG.A.P., GRASP, organic, HACCP, BRCGS), market intelligence and buyer databases, B2B matchmaking at trade fairs, commercial advisory, trade finance readiness and commercial planning, and training for exporters, processors and development programmes across East Africa.
